Collaborate With Us
For organisations looking to create social impact while supporting future technology talent; training organisations looking to create more positive outcomes, charities and small businesses seeking support for digital transformation; employers looking for experienced talent.
Many people complete courses and gain certifications. The challenge is finding opportunities to apply those skills in real-world situations.
At The Cloud Crew, our members contribute to genuine client projects that deliver value to charities, small businesses and purpose-led organisations. Along the way, they gain practical experience, receive feedback, build professional networks and develop the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
We don't replace training providers or recruitment agencies. Instead, we focus on the space between learning and employment, helping people build the experience employers are looking for.
When you join The Cloud Crew, you're not signing up for a one-off programme. You're becoming part of a community designed to support your career journey.
Once you've joined, you'll gain access to our community hub, where we publish opportunities to get involved in client projects, hackathons, mentoring programmes, industry webinars, networking events and skills-based volunteering activities. You can explore the opportunities that interest you and apply to take part, with places allocated based on availability and project requirements.
As you build experience, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, develop new skills, expand your professional network and strengthen your CV with real-world examples of your work. There is no fixed end point. Some members join a single activity, while others choose to stay involved, taking part in multiple projects as they continue to grow their experience and confidence.
What makes our community special is that the journey often comes full circle. Many of our members join as aspiring technology professionals looking to gain their first practical experience. As they progress into employment and develop their careers, they often return as volunteer mentors, technical coaches and community champions, helping the next generation take their first steps into the industry.
Whether you're looking to gain experience, build your confidence, expand your network or give back to others, there's a place for you in The Cloud Crew community
