- Receive monthly feedback on hours completed and impact delivered.
Mentoring programme
Make a Difference Together
Embed our six-week mentoring programme into Future Leaders or Graduate programmes:
- Training in communication, feedback, goal-setting, influencing, and collaboration
- Each mentor is paired with a jobseeker mentee to put skills into practice
- Structured templates and feedback ensure productive sessions
- Mentors receive actionable feedback for reviews or promotions, Contribute to Social Value goals (Work, Economy, Community)
