WHO WE ARE
The Cloud Crew is a community-driven organisation helping people move into tech careers. Our mission is to bridge the gap between learning and employment. We do this providing work experience and industry mentoring, at scale.
By combining volunteering and technology, we support individuals, organisations and communities to thrive. We host work experience by helping businesses and charities to adopt more digital ways of working. By delivering digital transformation projects, we connect aspiring tech professionals with the experience they need to be noticed by employers.
We value strong collaborations. We work with Delivery Partners to build clear pathways between learning and employment. We work with Industry Partners to support our aspiring tech professionals with industry-experienced, volunteer Technical Coaches and Volunteer Mentors.
