Becoming a Junior Consultant
Zahar joined The Cloud Crew to gain real-world tech experience and build her career in digital. She signed up via the website and immediately accessed the Community Hub, where she browsed a range of project opportunities. She found a project that combined AI and cybersecurity — an area she was eager to develop skills in — and registered her interest.
Within days, The Cloud Crew’s Programme Manager selected Zahar to join a delivery team, working alongside other Junior Consultants and a Technical Coach from the industry.
The Community Hub provided automated workflows and AI feedback, helping Sarah track her progress and improve her output. By the end of the project, she had gained hands-on experience, received a reference, and had her contribution added to her CV and LinkedIn profile.
