Organisations are facing increasing pressure to deliver social impact. For some, its driven by the belief that 'doing good' and running a profitable business are not exclusive. For others, its a way of increasing the positive perception of the business to current and potential employees. Or it might be that you deliver goods and services to public sector organisations, which means that you need to demonstrate positive social impact to your customers and the broader community.
Many organisations already have the component parts to establish a Social Value proposition - volunteering strategy; charitable partnerships - but co-ordinating them, tailoring them and putting them to use is time-consuming and challenging.
Our consortium has ready-made, practical initiatives that deliver against four of the five themes of the Social Value Framework 2020-
Joining a consortium accelerates your starting point and provides measurable outcomes at a scale that would otherwise be difficult to achieve alone. Leveraging this framework means that we are able to amplify more community challenges, work on more projects that support non-profit organisations and engage with a broader community of volunteers.
Join the consortium to get access to a community of social impact and social value professionals, use the logo to signify a commitment to social value work, add volunteers to pro-bono projects, Hackathons and mentoring activities. We'll report back on hours accumulated and impact made with the work carried out.
